Here is a sneak peak at the cover for the Urban Fantasy Codex, with art done by Zoe Stead. The Urban Fantasy Codex gives you the tools to create your own Urban Fantasy style game, done in the mode of the now-popular Urban Fantasy genre. Game in the style of books like Sookie Stackhouse, The Dresden Files, Dead Witch Walking, the Mercy Thompson series, etc, or tv shows like Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Supernatural, Angel or True Blood.

We went through great lengths to make sure that you can create a game that plays like those books or tv shows. Most Urban Fantasy games don’t mimic the novels/shows, but rather go for their own setting and style. This is more like D&D was back in the day- a game that mimics a literary style. We plan on having this released before Halloween 2009.
